Booze Buddy
My honours project, Booze Buddy, aims to help students manage alcohol spending and save for more meaningful goals, like a dream trip to Bali. Initially focused on wellness, I shifted the app towards budgeting to better resonate with students, inspired by my own experiences and research on New Zealand’s binge drinking culture. Booze Buddy fills a unique niche in budgeting apps, with potential to expand into a comprehensive financial tool for student expenses.
